How to install ODIS 4.13 Software on Windows 7

Newest ODIS 4.13 software could be installed successfully in windows 7,which it is tested.

Not sure whether it support WIN10/WIN8, you could try at your own luck.

Let’s start. Follow the instructions to install Offboard Diag Setup-Service4.13(ODIS 4.13).

Run Window6.1-KB2921916-x86

Wait for installing

Click on Close after it done.

Run Window6.1-KB3033929-x86

Click on YES

Installing

Click on Restart Now

Open the OffboardDiagSetup-Service_VWMCD_4_1_3-B41_3_1_2

Click on Next

Click on Next

Click on Next

…….

Click on Next

Click on Search

Open odis 4.13 license

Open 进口大众

Choose license.dat

And click on Next

Click on Finish

Choose NO

Open folder odis 4.13 license

Open folder 进口大众

Copy the file offboarddiaglauncher

Right click OffboardDiagLaucher in the desktop

Click on Properties

Click on Open File Location

Paste the file in the folder

Choose Copy and Replace

Right click OffboardDiagLaucher

Choose Run as administrator

Bulid a New Document

Copy the Hardware ID above and then paste it in the New Document

Send this ID to the dealer for activation.

You will get the Name and Key. paste it.

Then click on Register

Click on Select local directory

Choose the folder update

Also fill in the User name and Keyword,

User name: abc

Keyword: abc

Choose the language

Click on next step

Click on Cancel

Click on OK

Slide to the bottom and click OK

End Offboard Diagnostic Information System

Click on YES

Open OffboardDiagLaucher

Click on Cancel

Click on OK

Slide to the bottom and click OK

Click on Starting diagnosis

Click on Continue

Click the blank and choose the Version and Engine

Version: Sedan

Engine: BSF 1.6L Simons/75Kw

Click on Apply

Click on No RO

Click on Continue

The ODIS 4.13 is installed successfully!
